Openings for additional musicians exist to join us in NYC! Must make all of our Fall rehearsals (see our Calendar) and have marched previously in a high school band (even if 40 years ago!). This deposit goes directly to the band toward your uniform and participation fee (Tag Alongs over age 21 too)! See the trip prospectus for the current detail!

1. A Macy’s reservation site for those NOT Fundraising (Buccaneers, Yankees and Rays). Or, if you believe only a small portion of your trip (less than half) will be paid by fundraising, make your reservations and full deposits here. 2. For those of you expecting all or most of your trip to NYC to be paid vis band fundraising, please make your reservations and “token” deposit here:
Your fundraising dollars will be applied for you, over time. Any shortage will of course be your responsibility.

The Rounders will stay in the heart of New York City’s Theater District and Times Square at the Row Hotel located at 700 8th Avenue, between 44th and 45th Street, New York, NY 10036. We’ll be in the center of the action at this “downtown cool” boutique twenty-eight floor, 1300+ room Inn.
Our tour partner, Performing Arts Consultants (PAC) has negotiated competitive rates during this peak NYC week that includes complimentary Wi-Fi, 10% discounts at the nearby indoor food markets and gift shop, the mandatory NYC baggage handling fees (welcome to NYC!), resort fees, and, occupancy/state/local taxes). Additional nights to our 4-night (and 3-night) Macy’s packages will be available at the same rates, before our dates, at a little more after (Sat and Sun Nights +75.00 per room) space available.
Rounder room rates for this PEAK period in NYC are $358.00 single, $191. ea (double), $140. ea (triple), and $120.ea (quad). Rooms as well as the extras you NEED can be booked here (and only here) with only a deposit due at time of booking. We have held a few rooms for those of you still wanting to join us in the parade. As of Feb 2019, 750 band members, friends, and family are making the trip!
The “extras” on the site include Thanksgiving dinner, Band transportation, Planet Hollywood breakfast, and a great selection of Broadway shows. Read the website information carefully as some items are mandatory to performers and not available to tag longs!
