Second Time Arounders Board of Directors
The Board of Directors’ mission is to provide the important governance oversight of the Band. The Board selects a President, who serves as the CEO of the Band and is responsible for the business of the band. The President appoints the Executive Director, who is responsible for the overall “show” of the Band, to include rehearsals, performances, and venues. The Board meets monthly to assess the current status and progress of the Band, offer advice on finances (including fundraising), risk, and other governance issues. Board members serve three year terms.
