The Outreach Committee’s job is to spread awareness about the Rounders and to recruit new members. The committee operates booths at band competitions and other community events. If you love to talk to people about marching band (who doesn’t!?) this committee is for you.

Communication Committee members will assist with sending messages to the band and the community via both digital and traditional methods. Estimated time commitment 1-2hrs/week or as much as you are willing to give!

The Rounders is a non-profit organization, and with as many as 400+ members, it requires a sizeable amount of donations to operate each year.  Fundraising is a constant effort and is headed up by our Fundraising committee.  And they’re always looking for more help.  The fact is, without funding the band doesn’t exist – so fundraising is the lifeblood of the organization.  If you have skills in any of the following areas, please email the committee at 2xamarchingband@gmail.com.
